Bunny has been photographing and producing the audio-visuals for the Veritas Awards since it’s inception in 1991. His professional approach and contribution have been crucial to the success of the awards evening which has grown from strength to strength over the last 10 years.

Each year he spends a week on the road photographing the estates and winemakers, and his photography and audio-visual production are of the highest possible standards. We shall sadly miss him on his departure for Ireland and wish him the best of luck for the future.

76th General Assembly of the O.I.V.
Cape Town 1996

The introductory Audiovisual scene-setter at the start of the proceedings on the first day gives delegates an insight into the stunning beauty of the various areas which comprise the wine regions of the Cape
The production will use 15 projectors on a 5 screen overlap and was produced by Bunny Parsons of Hopalong Productions. All the photography in the production was done by Bunny himself and is truly a commendable effort.

In this exhibition of landscapes he depicts the the heart of South Africa, it’s beauty and strength that lie behind the political mayhem that we are beset with in the newspapers on a daily basis, and which possibly cloud peoples perceptions of the actual beauty of the country. S.A. Association of Arts Exhibition, Cape Town

Tokai Photographer Bunny Parsons has recently returned from London where he held an exhibition at the National Theatre. He will be exhibiting his work in Cape Town at the S.A. Association of Arts Gallery in church street, Cape Town from August 15 to September 3.

The exhibition features a wide spectrum of dramatic landscapes and impressive architectural shots that Bunny has taken whilst travelling and photographing for audio-visual productions.

“I wanted to show the British public the other side of the coin here in South Africa. They are bombarded with pictures in the papers of the horrors of the political situation, rioting, necklacing and the such like every day. It's easy to forget just how beautiful and varied the country actually is. I hope my pictures will bring this home to them.”
